Full ship hire

• To hire the Zambezi Trader per day is in the region of $ 4600.
• Included in this price is the use of our 4 tender boats, cruising & generator diesel, tender boat fuel, ZTA 2% levy and the 15% VAT. charge.
• This price does not include National Parks entry fees or fishing permits, fishing tackle can be hired from Marineland.
• We currently offer a $35 morning coffee, brunch, afternoon snacks and diner menu or a $45 full board menu. These prices are per person per day.

Payment terms

• A non-refundable 20% deposit is required in order to confirm a booking.
• The full balance is required 30 days prior to departure.

Cancellation policy

• 31 - 60 days prior to departure date: 80% refund providing full payment was received.
• 0 - 30 days prior to departure date: 50% refund providing full payment    was received.
• Should cancelled accommodation be resold, cancellation fees will be refunded less a 5%   handling charge.
• Should full payment not be received 7 days prior to departure, the Zambezi Trader reserves the right to automatically cancel such reserved accommodation.
• Cancellations are valid only if advised and accepted in writing via e-mail.

As all cruises are different these rates are a guide line, for more accurate rates send us your request so we can quote you. The rates will depend on the number of people, the number of days cruising, and the  collection point.
